Why Plantel exists
The problem we saw
A brand selling €2M to €50M a year usually has someone who used to work on the theme and now cannot keep up. Every change to the site depends on a developer who takes days or an agency that bills by the project.
Meanwhile, the data sits in eight tools that nobody connects, ideas go untested and every campaign means changing half the site, then undoing it later without breaking anything.
There are separate tools for each piece, but none covers the whole cycle: request a change, see it, check it, test whether it sells more and keep what wins.
Plantel is that whole cycle: a frontend, CRO and data team that works in parallel, in your code and by your rules.
How we work
Craft over magic
Liquid a senior developer would approve, with theme editor settings and translatable text. Nothing that looks rushed.
Numbers, not promises
Every major change is measured in euros against Shopify orders. If a test doesn't win, we say so and the losing version is deleted.
You decide
The agent proposes and does the work; you approve what goes live. The code stays in your repository, even if you leave Plantel one day.
Pricing in plain sight
No unlimited plans and no surprises. Each task shows its cost before it starts, and there is a monthly spending cap.
Built in layers
Each layer works on its own, and the next one builds on it.
Foundation
Shopify and GitHub connected, a preview for every change and a clear cost for every task.
Tasks and reports
The task agent on your theme, a weekly report that matches Shopify and a free audit.
Tests and sizing
A/B tests with our own statistics and a size assistant, once your store has a month of data.
More modules
Add one at a time: cloning, campaigns, markets and translations, stock and Hydrogen stores.
Who is behind it
Martin Irurozki builds Plantel from Bilbao. He has spent years as a product engineer and ecommerce manager at brands that sell on Shopify: coding themes, running A/B tests and reconciling reports.
